You do some instagramming and googling and you browse whose style you like most. They will guide you all day with your nearest and dearest moments with your family and friends all in one room, and bear this in mind, this may be the only day this will happen in your lifetime. Brett is the person you need to photograph your wedding. I promise you. Not only does he photograph your big day, he will shape such a enormous part of your day.
I didn’t just ‘like’ Brett’s photos, I adored them. I reached out to Brett and regrettably, he was booked for our wedding date, I was absolutely devastated. With some form of miracle, within 10 minutes of telling me he was unavailable, Brett came back to me, he was now a free bird on our date. With the fastest fingers and thumbs, I jabbed out, please Brett, we want to book you. He confirmed he’d be there for our big day and we started the proceedings. He kept in touch, kept it lighthearted and reassured us every step of the way.
Brett breezed into the bridal suite on the big morning and gave me a cuddle and a huge smile, he was there and I was over the moon. He was on it, he needed nothing from me but smiles and laughter and I wanted to give him everything I had. I worried I wouldn’t be able to grin all day, but without even realising, it happened naturally. He was a ninja in the room, he snapped away unknowingly and put all of our guests at complete ease. He cracked jokes, gave kind words and gathered everyone together in a single moment. Brett is THE presence you need for your big day. When the time came for our couple photos, the moment we were unsure we’d be able to deliver, he let us be us and i cannot comprehend how fantastically he guided us and made us feel. Brett then provided previews within 16 hours of departing from us, how magical is that? No amount of thanks will ever be enough for Brett, we love him and his craft. He is so passionate, kind and a beautiful person, and we are forever in his debt. He captured timeless moments that we will never be able to recreate or get back. We met Brett at a suppliers event at our venue and as soon as we started chatting we knew he was the photographer for us! Up to & on the wedding day the communication was great. "We reached out to Brett after receiving numerous recommendations for a photographer. And from the onset his vibes were the one! We started getting excited before he'd even had chance to check he was available for our selected date... Turns out he was, else we wouldn't be here today lol!
He was happy to answer any questions that we had and more than happy when we sent over ideas on what we wanted to do, he matched our quirky vibes and that was before we had even met! Fast forward to the actual day. We honestly couldn't of chosen a better photographer! Me and my husband are quite anti-social people and don't like being the centre of attention, but even though Brett had a job to do, he was really relaxed about that, and went along with anything and everything.

From the moment I seen your stunning photos on Instagram I just knew I wanted you to capture our special day, and that’s saying something because I looked at a LOT of photographers. Brett gave us a whopping 1711 photos back, 70 preview photos THE DAY AFTER OUR WEDDING and another 60 a couple weeks after. Brett is an absolute machine and so dedicated to his work. What makes it even more special is that Brett is genuinely excited to edit his couples photos and to give them back, this job was made for him and we couldn’t be more happy with our album. He went above and beyond and then some. I am confident in my words when I say that Brett’s easy going, friendly and funny self mixed with his phenomenal photography skills and the ability to fit straight in to a group of people, makes for the PERFECT wedding photographer. "Oh Brett! Where do I even begin? I followed Brett on Instagram at the start of my wedding planning journey and was blown away by his photographs and his editing style but unfortunately, we had already booked someone else. When we found ourselves needing a new photographer, I wasn't worried because I knew it meant I'd be able to have Brett instead and luckily he was free!!! "We could not recommend Brett highly enough! Not only is he incredibly talented as a photographer he is also a really top bloke! From the moment we first met Brett, his friendly and laid-back approach made us instantly comfortable and at ease with him. He emphasised on the fact that it was our day and that he would just be there to capture it for us. No strict criteria or in depth formalities, he would just be lead by us as to what we did/didn’t want and capture the moments most important to us as a couple.
On the day itself, Brett travelled all the way to Lake Vyrnwy in Wales and was there to capture the day from start to finish. From the morning preparations right until just after the first dance. Any nerves instantly vanished upon Brett’s arrival and were replaced with lots of laughing and joking, making the time fly and having pictures taken fun. Half the time we weren’t even aware he was taking pictures and even when we were, Brett had made us feel so at ease that even the posed pictures became fun and we didn't feel embarrassed or awkward as we had expected.
Not only did Brett take beautiful pictures he managed to capture all of the fun and emotion that was present in the day itself. All of our friends and family commented on how lovely Brett was and he fitted into the wedding party as if he were a guest himself. So much so that our guests gave him a round of applause when it was announced he was heading home. Brett arrived as our photographer and left as our friend!
The very next day we received some pictures on the online gallery giving us a glimpse of our day through Brett’s lens. Gorgeous! Then much to our amazement within 2 weeks of us getting married our online gallery was complete! Incredible work, incredibly quick!
Brett we can’t thank you enough for capturing our day so perfectly and for giving us beautiful photos that hold life long memories that we shall treasure forever.

"Book Brett! Don't even bother looking around. I could honestly write an essay on how amazing his photos are, but what a top bloke aswell. I don't know him from Adam and put alot of trust for this stranger to turn up on the day and omg did he do us proud and I've only saw the previews at this point.
I hate my photo being taken and I can honestly say he has converted me. I loved every second. He made it so easy and fun and did whatever I wanted! My husband felt awkward and embarrassed about having his photo took and was complaining for weeks, but within 10 minutes of shooting he was loving it and has since cried at the preview photos they are that good. He said it was like having a mate with you and he was a great and fun and relaxed.

We warned him when he met us that it’d be very hard to get a smile out of us, but somehow he still managed to do it! Our guests all said that he was so polite, funny and encouraging during all photos. He has a keen eye for the perfect shots. You just need to trust him and go with the flow! My husband and I found him absolutely hilarious and kind too, which obviously helped us in the long run! He was super helpful and made our kids laugh too (which is hard because they’re shy!). Myself, my husband and all our family absolutely LOVE our photos and they are now currently sitting in all of our houses on our walls!
